  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Combine wet ingredients: In a jar or bowl, mix brewed coffee, milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well.
  2. Add dry ingredients: Stir in rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon until everything is fully combined.
