  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  •  ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese 🧀, sourdough discard 🌾, butter 🧈, and salt 🧂. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add flour 🍚 and paprika 🌶️ (if using), then knead into a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough to about ⅛-inch thickness on a floured surface.
  4. Cut into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter. Poke holes in each cracker with a fork for crispiness.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
