  • 450g ground beef
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup pickles (diced)
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1.  Cook the Filling: In a pan over medium heat, cook 🥩 ground beef and 🧅 onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2.  Season & Mix: Stir in 🥒 pickles, 🥄 mustard, 🍅 ketchup, 🌿 garlic powder, 🧂 salt, and 🌶 black pepper. Let cool slightly.
  3.  Assemble Rolls: Lay out an 🥚 egg roll wrapper, place half a slice of 🧀 cheddar in the center, add 2 tbsp of beef mixture, and fold tightly.
  4.  Seal & Fry: Brush the edges with 🥚 egg wash, roll up, and deep fry in 🛢️ hot oil at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
