  • 12 sprigs rosemary, choppe
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small squares (about 3×3 inches each)
  3. Place each square into a mini muffin tin, gently pressing down to form a pastry cup.
  4. Place a cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell
  5. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top and add a small pinch of rosemary
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese has melted.
  8. Drizzle with honey (optional) and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
