- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small cube
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauc
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans
- 1–2 sprigs rosemary, choppe
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small squares (about 3×3 inches each)
- Place each square into a mini muffin tin, gently pressing down to form a pastry cup.
- Place a cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell
- Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top and add a small pinch of rosemary
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese has melted.
- Drizzle with honey (optional) and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
